The Kelletts and the Weinbergs on top

Brianna, Alexis, Eli and Marshall.....aren't they cute!
We took a trail to see this beautiful waterfall....it was really cold this day...so most of the time Alexis was crying..I guess she really is a Florida girl

Thanksgiving in the Smoky Mountains

We decided to take a family vacation to Gatlinburg the week of Thanksgiving. We did not have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner but being in the mountains was a good trade off. The girls had such a good time seeing all the fall colors and feeling the cool weather. We were able to see two families that have moved from Florida to Tennesee...it was great to catch up with them.
Gracie, Lindsay, Brianna and Alexis
Paul has grown a beard because he is in the Christmas Pageant at our church. I am not too sure I like it.

A trip to Orlando

I am a little behind...it is almost December and I am putting up a post from October..oh well....
Anyways we took a trip to Orlando with another family from our church who was so nice to share one of their condos with us. We had a wonderful time. They have three girls so Brianna had so much fun playing with the older girls. We went to Sea World for three days..where Brianna discovered a new friend in Shamu!! Then we ended the week going to Mickey's not so scary Halloween party. That was also fun...we had some other friends join us so we were at the park with 11 kids!! Just a little chaos!! It was fun and of course we got lots of candy!!

Sunday School Harvest Party

Our Sunday School class every year does a harvest party. The kids can come dressed up and we play games and do activities. This year the kids were able to bring there bikes along and there was a great little bike path to ride on. All the kids were dressed so cute!

Happy Birthday Jesus

Our church does an amazing Christmas Pageant every year. In this pageant there is a song called Happy Birthday Jesus, every year they pick either a 3, 4, or 5 year old to perform. This process is a little intense. The children learn the song then a our given an audition time at church. At the church they get a mic on and are then escorted into the sanctuary(which is dark with a spotlight)where they stand on the stage and sing the whole song to a track and at the same time are being recorded. After the first audition there are callbacks which at that time they pick two children to be the primary singer and the backup. There are 19 performances of the Christmas Pageant...so it is a big commitment. So...we got Brianna interested in this and she was so excited to go and sing this song at church. I was able to watch her from the balcony, but I could not take pictures and I had to be so careful that she couldn't see me. It was a great experience for her. She did a great job, she had no fear..she got up on that stage and sang beautifully...and of course she was singing for Jesus:)

Happy Halloween

I wanted to take some pictures of the girls in fall colors. Well, when you have a 17 month old..it is pretty hard to get a decent picture taken. So I decided to have Alexis sit in the basket...this seemed to keep her in one place...for a couple minutes!

Just like big sis

Alexis has been watching Brianna stand up on this stool in the mornings to get her hair done. Well she has decided now that she wants to be just like Brianna. It is so cute. I will say "Lexi..do you want to do your hair?" and she will come running into the bathroom and stand on the stool so still while I do her hair. That is how I managed to get those three ponytails in!:)
