Christmas In Michigan

We started the Holidays in Michigan to Paul's family. It took just a mere 25 hours to get there and once we did arrive we couldn't even make it up Mom Weinberg's 1/8 mile long driveway because our car only has rear-wheel drive. So we ended up carrying the girls at about 2am in the snow to the front door and Paul and I both had crocs on with no socks! It was a great way to start the holidays! Once we were warm inside the rest of the stay was nice. The best part was it did snow and it was very pleasant outside to take the girls sledding. Alexis enjoying her first taste of jello jigglers

CROCS-- 2-WHEEL DRIVE-- 2AM... bet some of the family had to laugh!:) I dread the thought of long road trips but I'm sure it was the best option to be able to see each of your families. It was great to see Paul's mom surrounded by her whole family! Do you think you guys will live in the mid-west again?? Blessings, susie
